Say you include players followed by the host and also include players from the host's country, can players enter if they satisfy either criteria, or do they need to satisfy both? The entrants can satisfy any (positive) criteria. So players followed by the host, and players not followed by the host but from the host's country can play. We often run trnys exclusive to our bbo club, and we check "include members of our club" and then all members can join.
