BBO prume

I signed up for the trial of BBO Prime but I cannot see the Prime area. I

have a screenshot of my PC screen to let you see what I see. I

didn't realise there was a Prime Area and wondered why I couldn't see any

advantage in having BBO Prime but now think I have been missing out on the

advantages. Anyway I am due to pay the first subscription at the end of

this month but there is no point in paying if I don't have any benefits

however I have no way of cancelling - I am in a vicious circle here 🤔

Everyone can see the Prime area, even if you're not a member, since the button to join is in there.

 

Maybe you didn't notice it because we used to highlight it with different color and the word "NEW".
