Who's a director?

Hi All,

 

BBO are very busy right now for obvious reasons and we wish them well coming out the other side with far larger membership and more functionality.

 

Meanwhile, they are not responding to Director requests.

 

I am from Trumps Bridge Centre, Mosman, Sydney and we are looking for a friendly director to help us out so we can run our own competitions.

 

As far as I can tell from the documentation, the Director just needs to create the initial tournament and then assign other directors who can fine tune the comp, add the player lists and do the actual directing. The friendly director would only need to create a tournament which is very little work.

 

If you such a person and willing to help please respond. We would just do a trial to begin with because there may well be hurdles that I haven't foreseen.

Be aware that only the tournament host can control the include/exclude lists for a tournament. Still not a lot of work but probably needs to be available just before the tournament starts to include people at the last minute.
