The process is to email support@bridgebase.com but they are really busy, will probably take a considerable time to respond, and then it will be no. There are plenty of free tournaments running. If you have players who have been members for more than two weeks and 100+ logins, then they can run team matches. It is not a duplicate but I've found that my club members enjoy them immensely.
