Hosts have a range of options and the most commonly used are:restriction by Tournament Completion Rate (see https://www.bridgeba...tion_rates.html)restriction by country (location)restriction by BBO levelrestricted to friends of the host or a list of specific BBO membersnew BBO members are not permittedRead the (old) help on TCR and improve your TCR by playing in less restricted tournaments. From what I can see (and I'm not connected to BBO) you have played four tournaments in the last 30 days, so I'm guessing that you've not played enough qualifying events to get a rating.
