uijallen Posted March 13, 2020 Report Share Posted March 13, 2020 I am having issues loging in to BBO ever since BBO switched to the new login page a month or so back. I have tried with my computer on multiple different networks (home, work, tethered to my phone's hotspot, a couple of different coffe shops) and each time I am getting the message "Error - Make sure you are connected to the internet before you login". I know I am connected to the internet as every other website works fine on my browser (primarily use chrome but I have tried all 4 - Firefox, Chrom, IE, and Microsoft's Edge) and am seeing the same issue regardless of browser or what network I am on. Is this an issue you've seen for anyone before and if so do you have any suggestions on how I could go about resolving it? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
