sharon j
I've not been able to find any help for the choppy and slow card play. I was wondering if anyone could lead me to some things to check. I've tested my internet speed and it appears to be fine. (I play many steam games with little issue) I am using Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge browser. Should I use a different browser? Will be happy to give more pc specs if needed. Thanks to anyone that can help.
barmar
Definitely try another browser like Google Chrome. Card animation doesn't go over the network, it's done entirely in the browser.

DTO47
It is your ISP (internet system provider) that is causing the problem.

barmar
It is your ISP (internet system provider) that is causing the problem.Very unlikely, card animation doesn't use the network.
