Free
A hand from last night at my local club:[hv=d=e&v=b&n=sxxxhak9xdxxcakqj&w=sqxhxxxxdxxxxcxxx&e=skjtxxhjtxxdajcxx&s=saxxhqdkq9xxctxxx]399|300|Scoring: MP[/hv] Bidding went (East starts):1♠* - 2♦ - pass - 2♠pass - 3NT - all pass* = 10-14, 5+♠West leads ♠Q which holds, and leads another spade which you take. Now you play ♥Q, and start with the ♣. On the 4th ♣ East is already squeezed: [hv=d=e&v=b&n=sxxxhak9xdxxcakqj&w=sqxhxxxxdxxxxcxxx&e=skjtxxhjtxxdajcxx&s=saxxhqdkq9xxctxxx]399|300|Scoring: MP[/hv] East discarded a ♠, I cashed ♥A and played a small ♦. 9 tricks were made for an absolute top! :) This is one without rectifying the count, and very early in the game. Does it have a name?
Echognome
Think the hands aren't exactly right. West has ♠Q not North right? Sounds nicely played. Sounds like a strip squeeze (triple squeeze variety) without the count. Well done.

pclayton
Its one of those non-material squeezes where East has threats in diamonds and hearts as well as at least one winning trick. A cousin of these endings is when you squeeze an opponent out of a card to keep communication with his partner's hand, and can safely knock out a card to keep communication. This hand would have qualified if West had the heart and diamond threats and a 3rd spade (you held a doubleton spade).
