barmar Posted June 24, 2019 Report Share Posted June 24, 2019 There was a Flash update last week, and it has been causing problems with BBO for some users. We've tried to mitigate it, but it's not working perfectly, so our recommendation is to use the new version. We also found that some people were using older releases of the Flash version, because they had it cached in their browser. Try clearing your browser cache and using the Flash version.
