hrothgar
Know that this was to blame It is time... Sure, the recipe looks a bit sketchy. Sure it involves leaving pork out at room temperature for three days. Why not? https://riceandrelish.wordpress.com/2015/03/25/sai-krok-isan-fermented-sausages-from-isan/

Cyberyeti
I survived rare pork in Germany, order mixed pork/steak on skewers, how would you like your meat ? ... rare, never thought they meant the pork.
pilowsky
Good news - some Jews (well me specifically) believe that if you cook bacon for long enough on a grill with some olive oil until it is really really really really really really really really crispy, then it's kosher. In fact, I once heard of a Kibbutz (Kibbutz Lahav, obviously in Israel) that farmed pigs, but all in the name of science. There's a solution for everything. Oy, the suffering. Winstonm
Hey, my in-law, a nice Korean lady, buries cabbage in the ground for about 3 months so what's a few days of pork en plein air?
