2NT over P open of a minor

Recommended Posts

my p and i play 2nt over pa open of a minor showing 10/12 hcp and no 4 card major.

we got disconbobulated on the folliowing bidding sequence.

me 1C LHOP 1S P 2 nt pass me/ ??

What does the 2nt say here

If you mean [hv=d=s&v=0&b=11&a=1c1s2np]133|100[/hv] then the same with a spade stop (he is probably allowed 4 spades but not 4 hearts)

I think op meant what does 2N by opener mean in the sequence: 1-(P)-1-(P)-2N? I've always played it shows 18-19 points, new minor forcing or wolff continuations. It seems the comment about responder's 2N wasn't quite in context. But really not sure.
