In general, BBO doesn't advertise that they have fixed a particular bug, or that they have no intention of fixing a particular bug. Sometimes BBO says they will look at a particular bug, but looking isn't the same thing as fixing. Sometimes they fix a bug that only pops up in relatively rare circumstances, but a similar circumstance will generate the same type of bug so they need to fix another section of code.
