BBO Freezes

This has become a daily problem:

BBO freezes and no way to unfreeze except close and log in again, after which session in progress is completely lost.

I have a new system and I have had zero problems elsewhere since upgrade.

Please fix!

TY

What browser are you using? Did you try a different browser, to check whether the problem still occurs?

I suspect you are using tabs in Chrome, and Chrome has a bug with tabs freezing when you toggle tabs, but need more details from you before being able to help.

Thank you for ther information, I have been using Chrome, but will try Bing.

I should say, though, that toggling tabs while using Chrome has never been a problem, even with the ancient system I had before, and I do a lot of toggling.

The solution for Chrome tabs freezing is - like smerriman mentioned - to resize the window a little (drag one of the margins a bit), this gets the tab unstuck.

Bing isn't a browser, it's a search engine.

Browsers are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer (only on Windows), Microsoft Edge (only on Windows 10), and Apple Safari (only on Mac).
