Still of course 2c sets up a forcing auction and East can't pass 4c out, even if it was broke. The actual hand is LOL. The problems seem to be:1. Double of 4c by the 2c opener is takeout, which IMO is fine, but it apparently shows extra values, 27+ total points, which is not fine. Same problems with doubles of lower bids2. If double by opener is takeout I pretty strongly feel that double by responder should also be takeout, but apparently it is penalty but with a super high bar of 4+ clubs and 12!!!+ HCP, which means effectively it will never happen.3. Suit bids by responder require very strong suits which are impossible since would have made a positive response to begin with. Or at least 4H/4S and higher claim to be. 4D just requires "biddable diamonds" but that seems like it might just be an error in the description while the rule might still require "strong rebiddable" also. This should be dialed down to any 6 cd suit probably.So this leaves responder with no calls that work and it gives up I guess. Issues are pretty much same if 4th hand overcalls 3c only, double still shows extra by opener, and responder has the same lack of options.
