Stephen Tu Posted May 17, 2018 Report Share Posted May 17, 2018 I think 2H shouldn't promise a sixth heart as it does currently. 2D with 5 cd suit often has some heart tolerance, if opener is some 3514/4513/2515 type of thing shouldn't be forced to play 5-1 fit, or void diamond for that matter? I'm not particularly fond of 2d with East hand anyway, should be better diamonds, less suited to NT/club contracts. I was shocked the blurb showed 6+ hearts. All this time it was 5+ default. Unless my eyes are failing since 5+ looks a lot like 6+.
