Annoying change in the main bridge club

It seems to me that recently one has to wait much longer for a new player if someone leaves the table.

Indeed, it happens much more often than in the past that nobody at all appears. Moreover it used to be the case that a robot

would take over if a defender leaves in the middle of a hand. This seem also no longer the case, or at least it has

become an exception rather than the rule. It is really annoying when an interesting hand cannot be played to the end.
