Is it a fixed period such as Sunday -Saturday or is it any rolling 7 day period? I played in tournaments "last week" on Feb. 22, 23 and 24.I played in tournaments "this week" on Feb. 26 and 27. I can't register for the free daylong tournament today because the free limit is exceeded and I would like to understand how playing in 2 tournaments this week has exceeded the limit.
