Have all keycards.The description of the 6♥ bid was King of H; 5+♣; 3+♥; 18-21 HCP; biddable ♠; ♣Q; ♥K; 19-22 total points My questions isn't so much why didn't GIB bid 7♥ but why did it bid 5N in the first place if it wasn't going to use the information it gained? After 5NT, 6♣ is always defined as 'No king (below C)', which is meaningless, but that's what it always bids.. it doesn't know how to handle other responses. I have seen several (posted at least two a couple of years ago) when after the King ask and response, GIB could absolutely count 13 tricks. But it stopped in 6.
