However, a lot of independent bridge booksellers will be happy to ship a copy anywhere in the world if you are willing to pay the postage :) (Which you very well may not be -- I've no idea how much it is these days.) One of them led to a "file not found" error. The other three wanted me to create an account, which I declined to do because I've got enough accounts around the 'net.
