I wouldn't double even playing with an expert partner because the hand isn't good enough. This is a 6 loser hand with only a 5 card suit (admittedly a good 5 card suit). If partner can't bid over 2♥, how often do you think you are missing game as opposed to doubling and getting too high or to the wrong contract?
