My guess is:

Win ♦A, Cash ♥A, Cash ♣A, Ruff a ♣,

If a ♣ honour drops, then draw trumps losing only to a 5-0 break.

Otherwise, Cross to ♠K, Ruff a ♣, Ruff a ♥.

• If ♣s are good, then you cope with ♠ 4-1.
• If ♠s are 3-2, then you can afford a ♣ loser.

I Think I can improve nige's line, when clubs are 5-1 it is better not to cash ♥A, now you got a chance to make when diamonds are 4-3 with on the singelton club and ♦K on south.
