sfi Posted December 3, 2017 Report Share Posted December 3, 2017 Not quite. The regulations talk about system classification, and now "clubs or balanced" is green if it doesn't have 5 diamonds. This is less strict than before, where the system you suggest would have been red. You can play whatever you like though. There are restrictions on yellow systems, but none on red.
