I thought the signal was supposed to be count in which case GIB gave the wrong count. Maybe GIB didn't bother playing high because the description of the last double showed rebiddable ♦, ♦KQ. I knew this but I think it is very unfair on those who don't. Why don't the explanations simply reflect what is actually shown by the bid?
