- I think I would bid 2c first response as North

- The description of 3S could be tightened up to 1- clubs

- Should 4c even exist? If it does to me it should promise a 5th spade. To me the only possible bids over 3S ought to be 3nt (good clubs), 4S (5+ spade or 4 good ones not great clubs), 4H (4 spade, doubleton heart probably with honor, not great clubs), or 4D (4 spade, 4 diamond, bad clubs).
