The_Badger
Well done the USA2 team for winning the Bermuda Bowl, and commiserations to the French team in a superb and exciting match. BBO's vugraph coverage throughout the tournament has been excellent too. There were nearly 9000 spectators watching the latter stages of the final. As David Bird said "A BBO record".

Well done America. A great advert for bridge - a great mind enhancing sport. Contrast this with boxing, where the objective is to cause brain damage in your opponent ...

Does anyone here know how the bidding of Grue-Moss went on the last hand where they risked heavily by bidding an unlikely 7♠?I can't find round 8 in the Vugraph archive, but saw the board on the event site:here is the board

I will try to find the Grue-Moss auction and post it. And here it is. Good ol' BBO archive :) (Doesn't cut and paste well so need to do it manually) Go BBO's "Vugraph Schedule" Click "Archive of Older Vugraph Matches" Find "2017-08-26 VG1 BB-F8 France USA2" click result and view bidding by "Next"

In our bidding 4♦ would have been the start of a cue-bid (control showing) sequence which would not allow us to find 7♦ but would have exposed the ♣ danger in time.
