What do you think!?It is OK because it has 4 of each major at least but the response bid is poor simply 2NT is better then it bid 3H as not strong. The same auction in hearts or spades, or a direct takeout of 1 of any suit, are all described as 13+ total points and shortness in the doubled suit (because GIB doesn't try to combine the strong hand distribution into the description with OR).
