Response to cuebid raise needs better definition

Well, the definitions have definitely changed in the new version of GIB. It seems not very carefully however; a bid of 3NT by the opener in the above sequence shows exactly 3 spades (yes, by the person opening 1).

Can you show an example hand with this auction that shows the definition?

I was just testing out sequences in a bidding table. Here's an example I just created now:
