bbstar Posted June 26, 2017 Report Share Posted June 26, 2017 For some unknown reason my BBO screen froze in the middle of play. Symptoms: I am unable to click buttons/cards/anything. I did hear that it is my turn, but I am unable to move with my mouse. I guess keyboard was inactive too. I can hear that someone sends a private message, but I don't see the message itself. After about 120 minutes i tried to resize browser window. This fixed the display. I was not at the table any more. I saw the private messages. I was able to continue. AugustaDan Posted January 4, 2018 Report Share Posted January 4, 2018 What solved this really annoying lock-down problem for me was clicking on the circled i in the address bar to the left of the www.bridgebase and making sure I set everything to allow. jimkenny Posted May 9, 2020 Report Share Posted May 9, 2020 My partner and I separately have had the same problem with the screen freezing. In separate games, I had to be replaced and the next game he had to be replaced. Our opponents were equally frustrated with the resulting delays.
