If you can see both hands, your best bet would be to play low after which the contract can be made unless East lets the 6 run. If East squanders a ♥ honour on his partner's ♥6 lead, then Gib demonstrates a successful double-dummy line: Declarer can set up a ♥ trick and reduce to the 5-card ending on the left.
