Unfortunately, I misinterpreted my partner's 3S bid as showing a spade stop and lost the first 6 spade tricks in 3NT.Our team-mates reached Board 20 losing 30-36 and threw the dice defending 1NTXX. Unfortunately, unlike JEC, they allowed the spade suit to be blocked and only took 4 spade tricks, conceding 1560.Losing 18 IMPs on the board gave a final score of 30-54. Good experience.
