What is the (true) meaning of this bid?

I presume it is meant to show some sort of slam interest (last train or something), but I've never seen GIB bid like that before, and there is no description provided (other than a carry-over of the 1nt description).

I play Solitaire regularly on here - to improve my 2/1 bidding and for enjoyment. And sometimes I am left wondering what is exactly going on as the robots make some, in my opinion, very strange bids. This seems one of them.

 

In a normal auction I would say 4 was some sort of advanced cue bid agreeing . Other than that I haven't got the foggiest idea what 4 means on the above hand. Obviously, the robot pulled out the wrong bidding card from the box. Director!

Have seen GIB make slam tries on real drek. Here a slam try is in order, 3and 3 cover cards opposite a jump in .

To bid 4 is bizarre, it has no control and doesn't even have length, so all it can do is mess partner up. GIB should show A.
