Opening bids:1c = 0-10 balanced1d = 0-10 unbalanced1h = 11-16 balanced1s = 11-16 unbalanced1n = 17+ balanced2c = 17+ unbalanced2d = Any three suited hand 2h+ = Strange hands with shortage in the suit bid The first bid by responder is a step-response as in the opening bids: 1st step = 0-10 balanced, etc.... Then bidding is natural except that a 2nd bid in the cheapest suit that is not nt is a "boredom" signal indicating that youy are bored and will pass your pd's next bid.
