Re the "Small Tweaks to BBO"

Small tweak? That's got to be one of the greatest improvements in BBO ever! :)

I always find it amusing that we get the biggest praise for some of the smallest changes. Like a couple of weeks ago when we added friends' results to the top of tourney leaderboards, people went wild about it in the comment section of the announcement.

That seems to indicate a failure to communicate. If anything I find it depressing that this change took so long to correct. It is not as if members have not been clamouring for it for ages, and I had put the delay down to its being non-trivial to implement. Apparently not.

 

[EDIT] I see it now. Preventing it from trying to concede all is non-trivial. Providing a warning prompt was the trivial bit.

 

I predict that you will get similar approving noises when you get around to removing from the sound settings the "swish" of cards hitting the table, so that it then becomes bearable (and actually useful) to have sounds enabled. Again a trivial change from your standpoint.
