I was frequently disconnected, Why?

I was frequently disconnected while I was trying to play. the error message is:

"NetBridgeVu.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.". Anybody ever got the same thing? please help!!!

Yes,that happened to me ONE time,hasn't happened

since.

It's most likely nothing to do with the netbridgevu.exe

program.

 

The operating system shuts down programs from time to

time,if you get it frequently I would try reinstalling BBO.

If this happens, best thing to do is take a screenshot and send it to fred@

 

It is sometimes caused by a bug in our program, sometimes caused by your PC running out of memory or whatever, and sometimes caused by a bug in some component of windows.

Likewise, I have been plagued with frequent disconnects of recent BBO versions starting with 3.9.3 (version 3.9.0 is stable). Disconnections are independent of machine or IP connection/ports; all machines run Win2K v4 updated + McAfee security center v6; default browsers either IE6.1 or Firefox 1.04.

 

No specific events/actions seem to precipitate the disconnects.
