responding to take out double

I am wondering if anybody can propose a scheme of responses for when I open 1D, LHO does a take-out double, and now it's my Partner's turn to bid in 3rd or 4th seat ?

 

In the system that that we play, the 1D bid has intermediate values and shows a) a single-suited Club hand OR b) a single suited Diamond hand OR c)

4+ Diamonds and 5+ cards in one of the Majors....The 1D opening denies precisely 4 cards in a Major.

 

(our 1C opening is a Precision Club and our 1NT opening is 12-15 in all seats)

 

We play Match point scoring, so there is a desire to play our partial in the Major, if we have one
