I wasn't entirely sure what GIBs double of 2♦ showed. 3♥ and 3♠ were both described identically - 3+ diamonds, forcing (I think oddly 3♥ may have promised one more point than 3♠). I decided to bid 3♠ hoping GIB would bid 3nt with a stopper in spades. I certainly wasn't expecting a pass.

This is a bug and will be fixed in the next GIB upgrade. It was reported several times BTW by players who got the same board in the 5-day survivor
