以下是我写给BBO客服的Email，全文如下：

 

Hi BBO

Barmar said " We're going to start retiring the Windows version of BBO in 2017."

This is a disappointing news.

1- Many chinese players (China mainland) told me that in many cases, not easy to log into BBO by web BBO, but relatively easy to log into old version BBO.

2- Some China professional players have been only used to work with old version BBO for team training, they dislike web BBO.

今天上午，我收到了BBO官方客服的正式答复：

 

Dear Lycier

 

This first stage of the coming migrationwill basically affect all the free games in the old program for Windows but,eventually, the programed will be phased out completely

We are now focussing all our resources ondeveloping a site that is compatible with new technologies ( mobile phones,IPads and tablets as well with computers with different operating systems - notjust Windows -).

The web version will be somewhatdifferent. Not very different. After all, in the end, it is all about playing bridgeand that part is much the same. You will only need some time to get used toit.

And there are new games there that youmight enjoy as we are offering many more alternatives to play (instant tournaments,solitary bridge, bingo-bridge, challenges between two players, free6-handed Express tournaments. You will be to set up tables with IMP, MP and TotalPoints scoring.

If players are adamant about continuing toplay on the older Windows version of BBO, there is a way u to continue, for atime, on the version with which they are more familiar. They can purchase someBB$ clicking on BUY BB$ and purchase $ 10 or more BB$ and use them in some ofthe premium games, which will allow them to continue playing on the olderversion of BBO. Although this step does allow them to stay on the Windoes programfor a while longer, we can't promise that this will be "forever", andit probably won't be longer than a few months.

But doing this will allow them to continueon the more 'comfortable' version, whil get get familiar and acquainted withour new version which offers many more features.

在即将迁移到网页版的第一个阶段将主要影响的是Windows旧版里的所有的免费游戏项目，最终将会完全彻底地淘汰这些旧版程序。

我们BBO正在整合我们的所有资源，开发一个兼容各项新技术的网站，包括移动手机，Ipad和平板电脑以及各种不同操作系统的电脑，不止仅局限于Windows ！

网页版BBO亦将有所不同。但也并非有太多差异。毕竟说到底，都与打桥牌游戏相关联，而这类部分则是相同的。您们只需花费一点时间去适应新环境。而且网页版上还有好多的新开发的新游戏项目，您们可能会更喜爱我们所提供的新项目，诸如快速赛，各种单人桥牌游戏，宾果游戏，双人挑战赛，免费的快车赛等等。您将可以自由开桌玩IMP，MP或总点力计分赛。

如果有用户说啥也要使用自己更熟悉的旧版BBO，那么，暂时有一条途径您可继续。那就是点击"购买BB$"（BB$=BBO币），购买一些BBO币：购买10$或更多，并在收费游戏比赛中使用，这部分用户将会被允许使用旧版BBO。

虽然这一措施的的确确让这类用户使用更长的一段时间，但是我们不能"长久"保证，而且这可能也仅仅不到几个月的时间而已。这样做的目的是让这类用户使用更舒适的版本，了解并熟悉我们的新版本中所提供的诸多新功能。

1、登陆太耗时；2、叫牌训练桌设置功能太小儿科；3、打过（看过）的牌电脑不再保存。

我是想不出什么好办法。唯一的可能方法是那些扬言非要旧版BBO的人士拿出美元，或者求助企业或者款爷儿之类的，却不知是否是叶公好龙，说说而已？

提醒那些特别需要旧版BBO的人士，尽可能自己主动向BBO官方客服陈述，不要等待，不要仅仅依赖我一人去说，再不说，就晚三秋了。

陈述的时候，尽可能用英语，实实在在万般无奈，用汉语也成，但是一定要及时把话说出来。
