TylerE Posted October 15, 2016 Report Share Posted October 15, 2016 42A2: Dummy may keep count of tricks won and lost inaccordance with Law 65B. 43A1c: Dummy must not participate in the play, normay he communicate anything about the playto declarer So, no, declarer may not ask, and dummy may not answer, but dummy is allowed (and indeed should) keep a properly ordered/turned arrangement of the played tricks, and declarer is allowed to count them.
