Stefan_O
When playing individual tournaments (where you get replaced by robot after ~30 secs inactivity),if declarer claims, and one or both opponent NEITHER Accepts nor Rejects the claim, the player who CLAIMS will get a warning "you will be replaced in xx seconds". This is clearly WRONG.It should be the opponent(s) who does NOT RESPOND that should be disconnected. As it now is, declarer must cancel his own claim before the time runs out, and keep playing the board to avoid being disconnected. The claim just WASTES extra playing-time in this case.... barmar
Apparently not... after I self-posted a reply it suddenly got 111 views.Forum bug? There's some caching involved in view counts, so they're not always up to date. Some actions force it to refresh.
Stefan_O
There's some caching involved in view counts, so they're not always up to date. Some actions force it to refresh. Hmm... some caching is fine, but it should not go 10 days stale, should it? :) Looking at some other forums, I see a few other similar cases. Is it that the views-count is only updated when somebody adds (or edits?) a reply? If so, I think it IS fair to classify it as a bug :)
barmar
If so, I think it IS fair to classify it as a bug :)Well, if it's a bug, we're not going to do anything about it. We can't report it to the vendor, because we're running an old version that's no longer supported.
