LHO opened 1S, RHO made a forcing 1NT, you overcalled 2C (Comments on this?) LHO rebid 2S passed to you?
pclayton
I throw in the towel - fully realizing if pard has perfect cards we are gin for 3N. Too much downside on this misfit for me.
whereagles
3C for me. I got extras and pd should be short in spades. Pass is wimpish :)
Walddk
PASS. I have had enough. I already showed a good hand by overcalling at red, and the quality of the club suit is nothing to write home about. The ♠Q is not the greatest value either. Finally, I can't be sure that we have a fit. Partner can easily have some length in spades. The worst but possible scenario is 3-4-5-1. I am happy to defend. pbleighton
Pass. I would bid 3C white. Peter
Guest Jlall
Pass. Pard didnt X 2S or bid 3C so I don't think we're likely to be missing anything. If I bid 3C and got Xed i would !@#$% my pants.

P_Marlowe
3C, maybe they catch me often enough, that I will learn the meaning of the GreenCard, if I ever will play for money, this couldbe an expensive enterprice. I just want to play that, but would be happy,if somebody gaves me the 10, 9, 8 in clubs, maybe only 2 of these three cards. With kind regardsMarlowe
joker_gib
Pass, already shown a good hand with ♣ and I don't have any extra's (3 aces but ♠Q seems useless) Alain
beatrix45
 Every Thursday morning at 10 am PST I host a friendly rubber bridge game for ten cents a point (Canadian) with many of our local bridge players in attendance. God bless you and don't disappoint. We would love to have you come by. Trixie
flytoox
pass without confidence this is my feeling.
the hog
Pass. Echo the feelings of those who lack confidence, but 3C is asking for the axe.
Double !
another vote for pass. spade queen of questionable value, no evidence that opps have fit, my 2-level overcalls tend to be sound (usually 6-bagger), and I have a partner who heard my bid and just might have said something else with support or some decent cards.2 & 3NT seems rather unilateral imo. BTW: where are the red cards?

I have found that asking myself "would you do that if you were playing for money?" has saved me from making plenty of decisions that I would have ended up regretting over the years. Perhaps needless to say, I would Pass. Fred GitelmanBridge Base Inc.www.bridgebase.com
bridgeboy
Thanks all for replies... Here is the actual hand although it doesn't prove anything... [hv=n=sjhk9874dqt764c73&w=skt98752hj2dakct8&e=s43hqt6dj9532ckj9&s=saq6ha53d8caq6542]399|300|[/hv] 3NT, 4H gd chance. so +200 against 2S isn't too satisfactory  Anyway, I'm convinced Pass is right in the long run. Thanks all!
the hog
Nth could have doubled 2S for takeout. Passing on a 5-5 shape seems timid when pd has ventured a 2 level vul overcall.

I completely agree Btw, I would probably pass as well with the South hand in this bidding...

Only if you explicitly agreed with pd to play it as t/o. Without discussion it should be for penalty.
Fluffy
blah blah blah, North could had doubled 2♠ :-(, blah blah blah. Still not a clear bid for anyone, you can never guess all of those.
