I have tried contacting BBO support (#324940), but have had no satisfactory reply. The problem occurs in two different movies. I am using the 'Bid/Play' tool, and want to play a single card before moving on to the next frame. On both occasions the movie progresses as if the card is not played. Only if I play more than one card will the movie play correctly. The problem can easily be demonstrated simply by playing the movie, and noting the actions in the frame. Can you please try clicking the "Save" button and then copy the text that appears in the window and e-mail it to fred@bridgebase.com? Please let me know the specific frame number where the problem occurs if this is not obvious. Once I can see the same thing you are seeing, it will hopefully be easy for me to either suggest a solution of fix the bug (if it exists).
