Phil
3S agrees hearts so 4C is natural. It's trickier when opener bids 3s. I believe it's getting more common to play that 4C=spades and slammish and 4H is clubs.
Zelandakh
Phil gives the standard approach but there are alternatives. One way is to play 3♠ as a puppet to 3NT and 3NT/4♣ as transfers. 4♦ and 3♠ followed by bidding again handle all of the various slam tries in hearts while still allowing 4 level agreement in the minor. There is so much bidding space after 3♥ as to give a large degree of freedom in designing a structure.

But you've got to keep in mind that these are all very low frequency auctions. People like Zel who only design their system on paper can make it complicated, people who actually have to remember it should think twice about complicating these spots. ;)
wanoff
Baron will struggle to describe this hand so I'd start with 3♠ showing a club 2 suiter. Opener puppets to 3NT and then it's a 4♥ transfer. Opener can signoff in 4♠, 4NT, 5♣ or 6A RKCB with 5♦.
fromageGB
Standard has to be ♣ = clubs. Anything else is a specific agreement.
