Phil gives the standard approach but there are alternatives. One way is to play 3 as a puppet to 3NT and 3NT/4 as transfers. 4 and 3 followed by bidding again handle all of the various slam tries in hearts while still allowing 4 level agreement in the minor. There is so much bidding space after 3 as to give a large degree of freedom in designing a structure.

Well yeah, we play 3NT as 5 hearts and even over that there's plenty of room (4 diamonds, 4 hearts, 4 clubs). But you've got to keep in mind that these are all very low frequency auctions. People like Zel who only design their system on paper can make it complicated, people who actually have to remember it should think twice about complicating these spots. ;)
