kenrexford
2S, natural, non-forcing.
biggerclub
PASS (in tempo, of course) 1♠ is forcing so I see no need to get involved. Yet. The OPPs are not going too high and if they get together in ♦s I may have a chance to call ♠s (still natural) or make a balancing X which partner may be in a position to convert.
ggwhiz
PASS (in tempo, of course) Absolutely! What do you think partner has? If they have long diamonds to go with their dreck the opponents are headed for a minus and may chase themselves into something I can double. As opposed to a VERY low percentage action that may get +110 or so but more likely to hand them a plus score.
all loomis
p is painful, but might be right. 2s with that suit does not appeal. 1n or even 2c if you must bid.
lycier
Pass , nothing to say. I believe that active defense is the best offense.
