If great champions are cheating with simple methods and are discovered now because there are video and audio record and a way to analize many hands with computer. How tell me that also the old stars of bridge didn't make the same ?

Bad days for bridge

We'll never know. We didn't have access to every hand then, with audio and video accompaniment. Maybe some Bridge legends did cheat. But without proof, we cannot make any outlandish statements.

This thought even is Harsh. They are Gods for we all Bridge Lovers.

Anyway, I read in few posts, Where there is Smoke, There is Fire.

There was Never Smoke in Old Days.

Pollution may be modern day phenomenon.

Are you serious? The history of bridge is filled with proven instances of experts cheating, up to and including the world championship level. I strongly doubt it is much worse, or much better, than it was 40-50 years ago.

Isn't "harsh" supposed to be spelled "hash"? :P Apparently there was no smoke because people weren't exhaling :)
