I've been fighting the programmers for some time now on ajusting hand values for known duplication of values and also not making splinter bids with singleton As, Ks and Qs so as to not create those duplication of values situations. And even if they were, GIB makes far more egregious - and more easily correctable- errors than splinters with high honors. (The OP is an excellent example) This cannot be a high priority item.
