I'm retired and live in the US and am on central time so pretty flexible time wise though I prefer playing mornings. I've been playing off and on since the early 60's. Courtesy is important to me and treat others as I would like to be treated. Developing a partnership take time and patience but I think it's worth it and very cool when 2 people mesh.
