WesleyC
I'd start with a double, and probably end up in a hopeless 3NT on this layout...
echo25
Double. We want to play 4H if partner has 4 hearts.
apollo1201
I'd double, prepare myself for a bloodbath if partners converts it, raise 3♥ to 4, or more likely bid 3NT if patenrs bids 3♦ (no Lebensohl) or 2NT (Leb). It doesnt mean we'll make though!

antalya007
Strange board but answer is not dbl. We cant take positive x at level 2. Take out x shows 3- op's maj and 3+ other

MrAce
Strange board but answer is not dbl. We cant take positive x at level 2. Take out x shows 3- op's maj and 3+ other You are absolutely wrong if you think dbl shows only and only 3 other suits. Double shows1 of 2 things. 1-an opener with 3+ in unbid suits.2-a hand which is too strong to pass and willing to start double and then bid again. You have 20 hcp. In theory you need 5+ hcp from pd to make game. If pd has 5+ cards in ♥ or ♣ suit you may not even need much of a strength at all to play a reasonable game. I agree that if pd bids 3♦ you have a problem and decision to make. This is why people preempt a lot as much as they can. I am not advocating that my choice( DBL) necessarily will lead to a good outcome nor saying that this hand MUST double. Merely saying that your knowledge about what a take out double shows is incomplete.
jodepp
Double, correcting hearts to 3NT (whether we get there via lebensohl or not). Anything else is wrong.
