Techs are investigating. Several players reported similar issues. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll fix as soon as possible. At the moment techs are checking what's going on. Are you on a Mac or on a PC ?
barmar
Are you on a Mac running OS X 10.5? This seems to be common to a number of the people reporting the problem. There may be problems with Adobe's support of this old OS version.
samjim
I've had no problem logging in to BBO until 3 days ago when I began receiving the message "fatal error failed to load critical file bbo wizard" when attempting to log in. I do hope the bridge loving techies will help. No bridge X3 days. Lou

Another solution that has worked for some is to clear the Flash saved data for our site. Go to: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html Find "www.bridgebase.com" in the list, select it, and click on "Delete site" (or if you don't want to hunt for the site, use "Delete All Sites" to clear everything).
