I have a general understanding of the system, I've read a few PDFs and the wikipedia page, etc. I used Paul Thurston's "Bridge: 25 Steps to Learning 2/1" - well set out with little quizzes at the end of each chapter to test your learning. It was awarded Book of the Year by the American Bridge Teachers' Association. Good luck - you will love playing 2/1!!!
helene_t
I liked Lawrence's bidding quizes: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/bidding-quizzes-mike-lawrence/1120422857?ean=9781877908026 His style (strong jump shifts, and a 2/1 not being 100% GF) may not be mainstream anymore (although it is very similar to BWS) but other than that they are excelent books. rhm
Rodwell, Grant "2/1 Game Force" is a well made introduction to the subject with lots of example hands, alternative treatments are discussed (e.g 1NT semi forcing) and preferences suggested.
