2/1 (1st choice) or Precision partner

I’m looking for a partner(s) who is interested in playing 2/1 or Super Precision (e.g. OCP, Oliver Clarkes version at: http://www.pigpen.org.uk/BBO/index.php)

 

I’ve played Acol for about 30 years and Precision slightly less. Recently for the last few months I’ve been enjoying studying 2/1 - Mike Lawrence and Thurston versions and that would be my preferred system.

 

Other good players say that I’m at least at advanced level for play and bidding and I really enjoy defence. For a willing partner, I would guarantee to put the time into learning, practicing and developing a partnership .

 

My home is in a small town in the southern island of New Zealand.

 

Times?: Eastern USA , from 3.00pm onwards fits me well as its morning in NZ (3.00pm = 7.00am in NZ). At the moment, except for (my) Monday and Thursday pm I could play in my evenings. As I’m early retired other times could fit. Anyone on New Zealand or Australia or similar time zones would be fine. Look for New Zealand ST, NZST.

If you haven't found anyone then I could have the occasional game between 11 am and 1 pm your time....I have played both 2/1(hardy) and super precision for 30 odd years..if interested then somehow we could exchange email addresses

If you haven't found a partner yet I'm interested. I'm also learning 2/1 but only played with robots. I live in small NSW town and am retired so time shouldn't be a problem. I've only been playing for 4 years so may not be at your level.
